This is a long podcast episode. Cause I added my open mic set in the middle to make the post-game discussion make sense. It wasn't great but those jokes will hopefully be unrecognizable in a month or I'll never do them ever again anyways. 

I talk about not being sure if I got hit on today, androgyny, what I fap to, and I don't remember what else and I just kinda relistened to it. 

 

My favorite part is I recorded my walk in to the mic singing the Turkey Trot song and accidently recorded a series of conversations with comics that I'll never release cause it was against their knowledge and my own. Ha. Guess you had to be there.

Goals to refinance the house (step 1 look up what 'refinance' means)

CLEAN/REPAIR

• More than one Trash can (Upstairs, Bedroom)
• Carpet upstairs ALL OF IT like every room and and all things upstairs must be out of the way
• Doors with scratches
• Clean out my car (shit, c'mon, damn)
• Garage walkway
• Flies
• Dusting
• Weed whacking
• Vacuum
• Kitchen Island needs to be clear cause it looks rehl-rehl bad

ORGANIZE

• Marie Kondo thing. Helped with the closet in the bedroom\
• apply to every closet
• Sell the stuff we don't need to add to INCOME (Clothes, Books, 
• Schedules. WHO/WHEN For Dish-washing. For Vacuuming. For Dusting. For Supplies.
• WashBoard use is important for knowing what supplies we are down on
• More shelves. Those plastic shelves are sure useful

DISCIPLINE

• Teach myself about Marie Kondo and that japanese book I saw at one time (could be the same book)
• Have surprise weekly meetings with the kids.
• Put my daily schedule in my phone (Laundry, Bed, Dishes, etc.)

Educate

• look up PMI (Private Mortage Insurance)
• ditto 'appraiser' (what would an appraiser say? This would be helpful to know how much work is ahead of us)
• ditto 'equity'
• samesies with 'cost of living'
• 'take-home'
